:cry: tesco should either stick to selling beans or get an alternative DVD rental supplier. Why?
They took money for 3 disk rental when I any signed for 2
They have no customer phone number, due to a technical fault, this is for 3 weeks
You can only e mail them which is a waste of time as they have not replied to 3 e mails I have now sent them, hence why I have now canceled
There site is the slowest ever, even on broadband.

| I used Tesco for a while and didnt have any major drama like yours. One thing i did notice was that during the free trial and for a short period after, I got my titles arriving in accordance with my priority ranking. Since then however, I dont seem to get the high priorty ones first.....its nearly always the lower prioruty ones. Dont know if thats just bad luck or if everyone suffers the same |
