For days now I've been trying to get my account reactivated, and not one email from them about it, except to tell me that i cant have another free trial. That's fine.

So here I am, a paying customer, desperately waiting for them to take my money...

And people wonder why some business' fail LOL

I was with them through the Tesco site and they didn’t answer questions that I sent to them. So I gave up and went to Lovefilm.

Thanks I'll give that address a try, so far I've tried...

general@sc
feedback@sc
website@sc
delivery@sc
info@sc

I've heard other people have tried emailing them and got nothing in reply. It seems Screenselect don't value there customers, and probably need to hire more staff.

I havent even got a complaint, I just want to sign up LOL

Ok, had to use the old fashioned "Dog N Bone" to get through to them. Seemed a nice person on the phone, the number to ring is 0808 2000 194.
