After having raved about this company in another thread I'm now so annoyed. Last week they received 3 discs bcak on Monday. 2 were reallocated and sent but on the tues I was allocated I,Robot ... not released until friday. I sent a message complaining this would mean no disc for a week. NO reply. They then received the other discs back and for 3 working days I've had no discs allocated at all. No messages to say none of my list are avaliable. I emailed them NO reply. Do they honestly think I'll give them money monthly for this kind of service??
Such a shame after perfect turnaround for 12 discs |

| Hiya DVD fan. A pity about their service, they seemed an okay bunch when I trialed them. Even if it was good, I wouldn't become a member of MovieChoices.. |

| i think moviechoices need to update their website. put some more intelligent working systems into place and get in a few more titles. And respond to customers emails. unless they do all that, i think they will always anoy people and fail to keep custom. |

Their service has become pathetic since May 2005 takeover of Moviechoices. Turnaround dropped through the floor and complaints took off like a rocket.
Try cancelling too and see them bill your credit card anyway! |
